All pre order items can take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Please wait until the estimated time for shipment has elapsed before contacting us for an order update. Please note you may need to pay duty and taxes when items arrive depending on your country/ cost of your order. All items are shipped from the US.

Please note: Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.

Sometimes international packages can get stuck in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than stated. You will however be able to track your package and see delivery updates to keep up to date on when it will be delivered to you.

For US customers, orders not received within 10 business days since the order was placed, and for International customers orders not received within 20 business days, please contact us.

All sales are final.

All orders with incorrect addresses will be refunded. 

Customers will be charged a fee if the item is shipped and sent back due to incorrect address.

Made to order items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping.
